I acknowledge and agree that PAWSOME SMILE is not liable for any event or circumstance that is beyond its control and may occur during or after the anesthesia-free dental cleaning procedure for pets. I understand that PAWSOME SMILE will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of my pet during the procedure. However, I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with any medical or dental procedure. Therefore, I release PAWSOME SMILE, as well as its employees and affiliates, from any claim, damage, loss, or injury that may result from external factors unrelated to the procedure itself.
